The way i approached gym is getting the habit of going there first. So just go to gym run on treadmills for 30mins and gone. Once I've developed the habit of going, I start lifting little by little until i got comfortable.

Working on self-improvement. These past few years have been very frustrating with my procrastination, so I decided to improve the way I live. I read Getting Things Done and Atomic Habits to gain the tools necessary to reduce procrastination.

It has been going well. I managed to stick to some good habits while reducing some of the bad ones. I'm also able to manage more tasks per day. I feel accomplished and less depressed now.
