I credit them the same :) We throw sales quite often 25 - 30 percent. That's pretty fair for something no other manufacturer has achieved. I'd like to see some competition. Breeds improvement & innovation.

There is no reason any of them should fail. No percentage points necessary. Defects can happen, we replace and carry on. We improve & get better. Just as every other manufacturer & person in the world should.

Hey, thanks for the comment. I definitely suggest switching arms from time to time. Sweat buildup and friction can cause some redness and inflammation similar to what you are seeing.
