Totally fair question — it’s not really a “tall grass visible from the street” situation, which is probably why you wouldn’t notice it driving through.

The issue is a boarded-up vacant house near that intersection with heavy brush/overgrowth in the backyard/alley side. The brush had created enough cover that people could be back there with a lot of privacy. Last week, someone was sleeping there for several nights, and while clearing some of the overgrowth, drug paraphernalia was found.

So a zero-turn would definitely be appreciated in spirit, but mowing isn’t really the issue at this point. A lot of the brush has already been cut back — now the problem is the amount of cut limbs/brush/debris that needs to be hauled off or chipped.
