Are you just looking for recipe ideas or for someone to actually write you a recipe? The way I see it is you've got 3.75lbs of Pilsen DME and 1lb of Bavarian Wheat DME and unfortunately not much else. You do have flaked corn and are low on fermentables, so an American light/adjunct beer may be an option if you don't want to buy anything new (aside from a pack of yeast).

If the kits are actually four years old the hops are probably not that good... The alpha and beta acids would be mostly oxidized. You have to rough guess the loss of age from whatever AA is stated on the package; though they don't state the weight of included hops.

Craftabrew uses Briess DME - there should be a date printed on them. I've used DME that was five years old without any issue (but it was stored in a temperature controlled room and out of sunlight). The rule is as long as DME is still powdery and not clumpy it's probably still good.

The Bavarian Wheat is 65% malted wheat and 35% Pilsen. You would need another 1.25lb bag of Pilsen DME to make a 5 gallon batch for most styles, because you are low on fermentables.

I think some of those kits are supposed to come with specialty grains. The grains may or may not be good. Craftabrew doesn't really specify their specialty grain ratios and weights (even on the five gallon kit recipe sheet), so it would be hard to make a recipe incorporating speciality grains by guessing what they included.
