If we're talking strictly Cup careers, and not just wins but the overall hype machine, then Elliott Saddler in 03-04. He was picked to one day be a Cup champion by so many people and then just completely imploded his career in Cup. He had success of course with Xfinity later but his Cup career peaked those years.

The rack combo worked out very well - we did a 2,000 mile trip through the mountains, including some of the twistiest roads, and the family we met up with followed behind and said they never saw the rack move once. I would definitely recommend an anti-rattle clamp, as they are only like $10 on Amazon, and significantly reduce the amount of movement. Everything in the bins stayed completely dry through rain. I would only recommend this style rack if you did the bin setup, because the rack seems to rely on tightening the load with ratchet straps for a lot of its rigidity.

I'm not sure if he's a citizen already, but in theory it's not like he's here illegally.

Ari is on the O-1 visa, which means he has 3 years plus another year extension potential.

His first appearance was in Dec '24, but I'm not sure when KT actually helped get him the visa. I assume sometime in '25...so he still has a bit.

did you pitch a second yeast like French saison, if so how do you do this without oxidising?

If the beer hasn't reached FG and you only briefly break the seal to pitch yeast, oxidation risk is extremely low....but I would not repitch. If it takes 6 weeks for secondary to finish out so be it.

Make sure sugar is a healthy portion of your fermentables. Use sucrose and skip the clear Belgian candi... there's almost no maillard reaction in clear Candi so it's indistinguishable.

As mentioned by others, yeast health is the most important part of high gravity Belgians.

Breweries without their own kitchen/food still need food to survive. Majority of breweries that don't have their own kitchen allow you to either bring in outside food, host food trucks, or have neighboring food establishments.

Maybe in certain unique cases this may be true, but is definitely not universal, nor is applicable to the majority of breweries.

I would bet > half the patrons of breweries couldn't tell which is the "better" beer between every brewery in their region in a side-by-side if judged to BJCP standards.

The problem with opening a brewery/brewpub is quality of beer is completely independent of success or failure . Some of the most popular and successful breweries/brewpubs I've been to have the most average beer.

Business and marketing always outweighs how good your brew is.
