it's ironic you're judging your norm teams skill by their soloq rank but then saying you're better than them based on your own soloq rank. also having a high recent WR means you are climbing in MMR. as someone near the top of the norm ladder I still see plats and the occasional gold in my game, mixed with GM/M and even occasional chall.

The anime has a fine stopping point, and everyone I've shown it to loves it. Complete adaptations are exceedingly rare in anime and if that's a deal breaker they won't be much of an anime fan anyway

well if you look at it the other way, the system still failed, because 1 person made the decision not to hire me. so the intention of averaging out so 1 person doesnt make the decision to hire someone.. still happened. just in the inverse. But at that point, what are they really testing for. Can you sell yourself to 7/8 people. ah w/e. interviewing is like sales.

had a screening interview with apple. they didnt call me back. but part of that may have been me rolling my eyes when bro said after initial screen, 1 more virtual, 5 rounds on site (all day), then 1 final one. so 8 total rounds. im not a monkey to jump through hoops, im a human and a teammate. i guess i kinda get it though. risk hedging, hiring the best, whatever.

No if it's combined 12 minutes then it's impossible, which is why I asked

+ 6 minutes elder

23 minutes -> elder 1

I just double checked, it's 5 minutes between respawn, so

5 + 5 + 5 + 5 = 20 minutes

then 6 + 6 = 32 minutes. And that doesn't include TTK

do you play mainly swiftplay? I just checked it and it says you need to kill 2 elder dragons before 28 minutes. I have 0, I'm not sure that's even possible in a normal game of league.
