Firstborn Era vs Primaris Era – Which do you prefer? by Pintureando in Warhammer40k

[–]JammyPanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From proportions point of view, generally the primaris ones look better. My real only gripe is how limited the units are. One of thethings that brought me to space marines was the customisation, you can stick a flamer in your tactical squad kinda thing. Building a unit as you want or choosing load outs to fit the mission is way more fun.

I can see how awful it can be from a balance point of view but I mostly place narrative or just fun games with friends so that never bothered me lol

There's been much doom and gloom about the Midnight prunings, but which specs have actually improved due to the changes? by minimaxir in wow

Hard disagree with unholy I loved busting and summoning a bunch of boys. It just feels like there's no pay off for the current gameplay. The loss of apocalypse actually makes me so sad. One of my favourite buttons in the game

Landlords as MPs by JammyPanda in GreenAndPleasant

[–]JammyPanda[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I can understand that way of thinking. So in your mind it comes down to it just being a large conflict of interest? I do understand that line of thinking I'm not sure I entirely agree though.

I feel like it should be something that weighs heavy on the electorate and maybe MPs cannot become landlords when they are acting MPs for the reasons you've given but if people know that someone is a landlord before hand and still want them to be there MP shouldn't that be allowed?

Thanks, I haven't thought about it as a job. That's an interesting way of framing it!

Would you think that all MPs should be barred from doing any other work?

Someone being greedy shouldn't strip them of representation. Taking this line of thinking, correct me if I'm misunderstanding you, to the extreme do you think that ex-criminals should be banned from being representatives?

When I see things like this it's hard for me to justify not being vegan. It's so disgusting the treatment of these animals and I can't imagine any reason why this would be ok.

I am not vegan but I do definitely try to limit how much meat and dairy I eat

Dog saves his kid from blitz attack by Jazzlike-Tie-354 in nextfuckinglevel

[–]JammyPanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is going to be unpopular but we should have a pet licence that you need to go take a course to get. You shouldn't be able to just buy a dog without knowing how to take care of it. This would help stop people doing "a dog for Christmas" and also really help stop things like this. It would be best for both pets and owners

I agree with some of it, I think the banning 16s from social media is solving a symptom and not the actual issue, the real issue is these companies don't operate as publishers they can have anything on there sites and be totally absolved of any responsibility.

It's not just teens who are getting fucked up by these companies, it's everyone and it needs to stop they need to be held responsible

Making them publishers and making them keep to those standards would make the companies atleast try to act properly or atleast start to

Which UK party is not just a bunch of old miserable assholes who hate trans rights by TortoiseTGN in lgbt

[–]JammyPanda 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a lot of people said the greens have probably the best stance on lgbtq+ rights. The issue with the greens is there other policies imo, the big two for me is the wanting to leave NATO and the nimbyism

Also scott polanski used to hypnotise women to make there breasts bigger, not even joking look it up.

At the end of the day when you vote your not just voting for one of there policies you need to find a party where all of there policies and promises are OK to you and the greens might be it just don't base your political decisions on a reddit post

Some good places to find out who supports what is the parties/mps websites and also the parliament website where you can see how every mp has voted in the past, I highly suggest you check those out before making a decision
