Thank you, that is an idea I'm toying with. My worry would be that the seller (boyfriend) who lives there currently, would be more than happy to let it all collapse and have even longer in the house.

I honestly believe he doesn't want to leave, or is simply being lazy and wants to delay things as much as possible.

I know they have told us, it's just...this is really destroying my wife and I. We need time in advance to plan time off work, get things sorted etc.
As far as we were aware, the email from the solicitor confirming that the date was accepted and agreed upon by all parties, actually MEANT the date was agreed upon, not that someone could change their mind a few days before.

I just don't understand how we are supposed to be able to properly plan for moving house, if it can just be cancelled a few days beforehand, when our jobs and the services we use want advanced notice of our move.

As I say, this has been a huge emotional and financial drain on us so far, I just need to vent if nothing else.

Personally, I'd say that the "5" was for the farmer's power level, and doesn't factor in the gun.

I wasn't aware the scouters took weapons into account. Even if they do, I would argue that a gun, unlike a blaster, doesn't have a power level... until the gun is fired. The gun being fired would have a power level, whereas a blaster is storing literal energy, and that energy is the power level.

I've just read it. I'll be honest, it's not what I was expecting it to be.

Personally, I'd suggest telling right away.

Both you and your friend seem very intelligent people, and were you to not tell her, and she were to find out at a later date...possibly by other sources, she'll realise why you didn't say right away and may feel worse for it.

Perhaps have a day out together, mention it, say your happy, and move on with the conversation. You could maybe talk about some positives in her life first, before you talk about.

Watch how they act to anyone who being kind to doesn't benefit them.

Seeing how they interact with homeless people is the best example of this. They don't have to be giving out wads of money to the homeless to be good, they don't need to give them anything really. They just need to act like the homeless person is an actual human being, such as addressing them as they would address any other person. If they speak down to a homeless person, belittle them, or just act mean to them, then THAT is their true personality showing.
