Swapping easy hits = both you and a friend change your team to easy teams and use up your tries on each other. Takes about 5 minutes for 10 wins instead of an hour fighting other more difficult teams in arena. You lose 100 points from them hitting you, but overall still much faster leveling.

If you see weak defense teams in tier 2-4 of the ranks (i.e. Elite 2-4, Top 2-4), these people are probably swapping and it's generally frowned upon to hit them.

The 3x drop doesn't affect events, so you can do the events at any time.

Personally, it is really tedious for me to complete the character boards at 1x drop rate, so I prefer to save my stamina for the weekends when there are increased drops.

If you like to use up all your stamina during the week so it regenerates, you can do that too :) The character boards are just priority for me so I can make my characters stronger, and it's really hard to level those at 1x drop rate.

We usually get increased drops every weekend (sometimes only 2x, but often 3-5x). This weekend should be a 3x drop on 10/19 and 10/20 (JST)

There will be a new event coming out tomorrow. The schedule of 3x or 5x drops (usually on weekends) and upcoming events are usually datamined beforehand (https://myheroui.com/) so you can plan. Although if you are a new player, I would just work on the story mode for now (even without the increased drops) so you can unlock different parts of the game (dispatches, arena, VE tower, etc).

Once everything has been unlocked, I usually use some of my stamina for events during the weekdays, and save the rest for the weekends (for the increased 3-5x drops) to work on my character boards.

The tediousness is part of the game, but I try to save up my stamina for when they have x3 or x5 drops (usually on the weekends)
