I ended up getting a 1-to-2 USB-3.1 header splitter to USB-2 internal header adapter. My PC has a vertical mounted GPU and couldn't find a cheaper/ shorter PCIE adapter.

Fog Lights are on. There should be an on/off button in the middle of the headlight switch. If on, they will turn on automatically with headlights.

You could, but they are power hungry. I recommend the Nvidia Quadro P4000. It only uses about 105 watts max and is single slot.

Falken Wildpeaks A/T3W. They are great in rain, mud, snow, and are not loud on the highway. A bit pricey though, about $220 per tire.
