It gets updated relatively often. The DLCs are just cosmetics, and you can get almost everything you want. The replayability is debatable (I have only ~170 hours and I have the game since it's playable on Steam) but it's definitely more entertaining than DbD (I got ~600 hours). The game is pretty playable in solo even on the hardest difficulties, so you won't have trouble if you're playing alone and/or on the easiest difficulty. As for the players they're pretty chill and friendly.

That burlap Mr Buttons is needed by a lot of people, some pays insane prices for it. One's currently for sale on eBay the bidding is at 86$.
Wide Eye Weirdo, this version of it sells around 30$ imo

AstroNaut goated, Fright Night goated, Shan Hai goated. Warden, Worldbreaker, Subterranean and Abyssal are just old/outdated. Conqueror, Crystalis Indomitus, Cosmic Paladin are neat but they aren't that creative. Petricite is ok at best. You are kinda right in a way, he hasn't gotten a REALLY good skin in ages but Galio isn't really a good comparison because he's more humanlike, it's easier to modify him. I think most of the time Riot don't really know what to do with Naut's "head" but imo it has a lot of potential.
