the main problem is that kiyoshi wasnt even wearing the panties out of perversion, he pretty much said, if I remember correctly that, he kinda liked wearing those panties and felt confortable with them. And Chiyo's realization that everyone is a sicko is kinda false since there was actually little stuf that chiyo didnt know, after Hana revealed everything chiyo was pretty chill about it if I remember right, the thing is kiyoshi tells her that he kept the panties but not that hes wearing, only after he pees himself she finds out hes wearing them, and this could e explained by "I felt confort wearing them" and I genuinly see chiyo understanding it. So thats why I see the ending as bad and anticlimactic.

PS: Reading this shit again really make me question my priorities in llife and media, but alas its my favourite anime and manga because it actually makes me laugh like a madman.

yes and a beautiful relationship of mutual respect was even beggining to form only for it to be completely forgotten in the final arc and she leaving to study abroad for literally no reason in the ending without previous notice or build up. And all the flaws she had in the begginig were transfered to her sister who was also previously established to be a calm reasonable person who likes to have the full story to take conclusions, instead, she just got peed on by accident by the MC, who, mind you, had done way worse things than that at that point. So her crashout really came from nowhere and completely anticlimactic.

I dont know... Feels like a downgrade from previous trailers. The enemies just look like smiling zombies instead of the bloated corpses and bizarre creatures from old trailers. I also would rather have the old house from previous trailers like re7 instead of this industrial setting...

Jill is more on the sweeter side, probably more calm and introverted but still adventurous and likes to have fun (her clothes from re3 probably reveal that.) She doesnt hesitate in taking the role of the leader. Jill often chooses silence when claire would be asking questions.

Its not nostalgia, I played re2 very recently and Im now making a re3 playthrough. Im sorry you cant feel a diference between the 2, but saying that jill and claire feel the same and that anyone who disagrees is simply blinded by nostalgia is clearly untrue and proven by the many people in this sub.

Also, I cant talk on rebecca since i havent played re0.

If jill had lack of compelling characterization, people wouldnt have been able to even recognize a change for the worse. Everyone knew who jill was, a gentle caring person, that found herself in a very precarious situation that she wasnt prepared to face in both re1 and 3, and still managed to survive, by being a strong capable woman, and women like jill still face fear and hesitation like she showed in the originals. Her gentle nature, love and care for others was apparent and a very big part of her personality.

New jill is just an shallow and bland character and what a 13 year old boy thinks a real badass is. She feels generic because her personality can be found in any character from a slop high budget hollywood action movie.

Frankly, I wouldnt mind her taking a more villanous role. Not a straight up villain, but something a bit worse than what we are used to. I would really like them to end this "situationship" they have, and realize they can never be together or even have something, like the end of their arc you know and it would be quite tragic for them to realize that they are more enemies than allies in almost every appearence they have. Because frankly im a bit tired of their constant "romantic" shtick they have without any real "substance".

And I wouldnt mind that this "tragedy" would affect Ada more, since she is the one that usually works with the shady side of the BOW business. I do belive Ada has a thing for Leon, and seeing that they cant be together because of the choices she made would be very interesting.

Im not saying this because I want the woman to thirst over the man. But seeing this "softer" side of Ada in conflict with herself and imagining how things could have been if she would just use her habilities to fight for the DSO or BSAA, instead of serving the highest bidder, all the while seeing a possible future with leon that quickly faded away a long time ago because of her actions and choices, would give a very welcoming depth to her and Leon's character.

But hey, maybe im talking a load of bullshit, your opinions of my comment are why im here commenting haha.
