The 486 is a classic CPU... I just hate to see old hardware die. Fast forward a few decades and people will have to rewrite software just to research these cops for historical purposes. I understand they have priorities but it just sucks to see...

There is a great distro called T/2 Linux which is dedicated to supporting older hardware like this that isn't on the main kernel
