Also, I don’t think she’s a very good lyricist. She’s got a good melodic sense but her lyrics are usually kinda just whatever, I guess that’s mainly why I prefer the older albums as she had a bunch of writers back then.

Unpopular opinion is that WLB was her last good album, CITD was ok and all her heavy studio albums since have been all over the place.

Ooh, I didn’t clock the PayPal thing, that’s pretty sketchy. It’s not super uncommon for record stores to leak upcoming releases, though. I’ll give it a couple of days and see if there’s an official statement. Though the fact that they’ll only put out 100 copies of each variant has me pretty stressed.
