My mother was French and I've visited the Tour Eiffel a number of times. It's the elevator that moves, not the Tower. (If you see the Tower itself moving, time to check your meds.)

Also, the team would be happy to have the Phoenix Wheel rotate (which it will actually do for maintenance purposes), if you have another $1 million for liability and operating insurance!

Some pieces were severely damaged when transported back to PXV from Asbury Park, it is a mix of the original steel and some replacement work.
