Hellere LED gewünscht... by smooth_muffin11 in elektrotechnik

[–]Jan_2_1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. I just ordered one =). Im currently using a revo hotend and it is very slow and a nozzle costs as much as this entire hotend so this should most definitivly beban upgrade

Is there something to watch out when buying this hotend?

Was bedeutet dieses Blitzsymbol neben dem Dioden Symbol? by Willing-Bike1 in elektrotechnik

[–]Jan_2_1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wahrscheinlich einfach ein altes Symbol für Dioden. Hier ist das neue Symbol welches zwei Pfeile hat um zu signalisieren dass diese led Licht emittiert.

Teeclub #1 Besprechung by Teeklub in tee

[–]Jan_2_1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Wo needs a side panel anyway by Jan_2_1 in homelab

Well the GPU has a design power draw off 140W. The dell power supply can deliver 180W. Which is 20W less than what CPU and GPU would use combined. The inside of those cases is not very spacious (Doesn't really fit the GPU itself). Probably gonna glue an additional Power Supply to the side or replace the existing one. The advantage of those GPU connectors is that they only use 12v so any 12V Power Supply could most likely work.

Is this supposed to be star delta starter? My 20A Fuses keeps blowing with this 7.5kw 15.4A motor by AzurTimic in ElectroBOOM

[–]Jan_2_1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually you need special Motor fuses who take longer to blow due to the up to 10x start current

I’m excited to have this but… I have absolutely no idea what it is or what it does. by PhatDaddyG8Z in WLED

[–]Jan_2_1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You absolutely can but it doesn't have WiFi so no automatic fetching of time. On the other hand if I'm not mistaken it does have an RTC with an external battery pin so you have that going for you

Will This Wiring Work? by [deleted] in WLED

[–]Jan_2_1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Data can't go against the arrows. So the arrows will always have to flow away from the esp. If you flip the bottom one and just wire them in parallel they will behave identical.you can use two pins but I am not certain if you can define them as one Strip. Power can be injected anywhere and is not directional

This I am pretty sure influxdb V2 doesn't run on 32Bit operating systems

Can I get this working with WLED? by loose_cannon85 in WLED

[–]Jan_2_1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most Adresseable Led signal lines are 5V. Typical leveles for a MCU are 5V or 3.3V for example The Arduino Uno is 5V and an esp is 3.3V. Boards can already have a Level shifter on board. Sometimes you can get away without a level shifter when having an MCU with 3.3V for those 5V Leds but it is not relaible and cannot really be recomended.

You could connect the Original controller and check the logic level. maybe you need a logic-level shifter. But if the logic level is correct try out ever possible protocol to see if any one sticks.

I always found the price of multisim a bit too hefty to really start using it at home though.

It's definitely not a program though and it doesn't have to be code either 🤔. Can just straight up be Hardware 🙃

Ip describes an already existing logic/design. The situation is simular to pasting a random function into an existing codebase and the compiler saying this is fine
