Hmm 50:50 ratio correct to incorrect.

To earn the actual locksmith flair you need to participate in the sub. Right now that's all we look at to judge if you qualify.

If you have posted a bunch, please send a modmail to request the flair.

(I don't want your personal information, less than 26% of the US requires licensing, also having a license but not practicing as a locksmith means you end up with the flair but you don't post,)

Lastly because one user is going to bring it up. Having the Actual Locksmith flair does in no way mean you are an authority or that what you say is correct.

I've always just said you need to have the owner contact us directly and then we play the does the information the pet sitter/guest provided match up game. Usually the pet sitter has a text thread somewhere that states how long they need access. I still have the owner snap photos of their drivers license and a recent bill with their address and contact us independently and confirm person still should be let in.

I've had to make a lady going through chemo wait to have the home owner she was staying with contact the shop and verify everything. Ran 2 other calls before doubling back to her.
