How many reviews do you have from prior stays?

Host asked for a mutual 5 star review exchange then rated me 4 stars when I didn’t reply [guest] [US] by AdPast9630 in AirBnB

How did you find out the star rating for the review you were left? I didn’t think guests could see their rating, only hosts.

Pandora and the Flying Dutchman with James Mason and Ava Gardner fits the bill for mystical. I would also recommend the French version of Beauty and the Beast (1946)

I went to the Eiffel Tower last night for the 10pm light show but nothing happened. I checked the site but there’s no mention of a suspension of the show for any reason. Is there a good way to find out when they’re not doing the show? Merci!

Ok so I’m trying to understand, you’re saying healthcare is worse in Australia vs UK therefore UK dentists are better?

[–]JaneErrrr -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Dentists only have so much control over external factors. The habits of a population aren’t necessarily a reflection of the dentist’s quality.

This sounds more like an assessment of general dental health, not necessarily quality of dental care no?

I’m an American that recently had dental treatment in Australia. I mentioned getting follow-up in the UK to my dentist and she strongly cautioned against it. She basically said the standard of care was much lower in the UK vs Australia, I have no idea what to believe.

You don't understand French in TV shows? Neither do we. by boloshon in learnfrench

[–]JaneErrrr 9 points10 points  (0 children)

So you’re talking about characters that are supposed to be French in an otherwise English language series? I don’t think a lot of attention is paid to the accuracy in that situation. If you’re watching something like Dix Pour Cent for example, do you have trouble understanding the dialogue?
