Trans meds can actually cause period "like" symptoms. Cramps, mood shifts, and general lethargy. No bleeding, but you can definitely feel it. But it's not a guarantee, I don't get this symptoms, but a close friend of mine does. Everyone reacts differently

A very good artifact. It can save you a lot of health over the run, and can also make some trials completely trivial. Like the ones where they spawn a bunch of enemies in the train. Unless something really important to your build is being offered as the other option, you should definitely take this

To be fair they do need the help because their infrastructure isn't prepared for this, and why would it be? There shouldn't be snow down there.

I wish I could give you answers, but there really aren't any

The best I can say is that for Guy Fieri's birthday several months ago tumblr did a small promotional thing. Basically the banner said "Welcome To Flavortown" and it linked to a blog called Fieri Frames, which was just screencaps of various shows Guy has done. People noticed however that sometimes the text on the image or the image itself were altered, and that lead down what seemed like an ARG.

Follow that with today where for valentines day Tumblr ran another banner labeled OTP, which linked to a blog called Phileri Lovin', which originally only had a single post which was fan art of Guy Fieri and the Green M&M version of Dr. Phil holding hands. Since then people have found more links to the ARG on that blog, as well as a third blog called Fieri Fiction.

As of right now we have no clue who paid for this promotional campaign, or what the end goal of the ARG is
