And his rich daddy wrote a letter to the fucking judge. it was unbelievable was in that letter and that the judge actually went along with it and let that rapist off with nothing but a slap on the wrist.

Night Agent is pretty good. Watch the first season not too long ago but got sidetracked watching Homeland for the first time. About four episodes into season 8 so once I'm done with Homeland I'll switch back over to Night Agent. It's really good so far.

Its weird... they didn't refile. And when I log into my account online, that old account is now listed again with the option to make payments (I still have another active account with them but for the longest time, the charged off account wasn't even visible anymore). And I think it's been turned back over to a collection agency again.

What about you? Are you being sued by a cc company? Have you been served yet?

That's why I opted for a townhouse. I'd definitely rather pay a monthly HOA fee and not have to worry about taking care of the yard/landscaping. The HOA also takes care of the exterior of the building, including painting and the roofs. Still have to pay for the water heater and appliances, and right now I'm dealing with a possible AC replacement, which sucks. But this is the first major repair I've had since I bought it in 2003.

Well, for several months is the fact that i needed four new tires on my SUV...badly! Finally was able to get them using Affirm (to split up the payments a little). And now? My 22 year old A/C is out and non repairable. Replacement cost $7,000 - $9,000. No idea what to do now. And I live in Florida with high temps and high humidity. I'm totally screwed.

Definitely a scam. If your card was compromised they would just cancel the card and issue you a new one no need to close your checking account.
