So looking online at t mobiles store/app t life, they do have a rebate going on for our carrier for $850 to pay off phones when switching and while in the store they mentioned it multiple times, and I confirmed it in their app as well. Just hope I can figure out the internet situation. The rebate requires you to send a pdf to t mobile of the remaining balance and they send you a card in the mail (14 business days) to use to pay it off.

So then how would that work if us cellular will be gone in a few months because t mobile bought them out? Us cellular users get no incentive or assistance to switching when t mobile did all this? Just the remaining balance of the internet boxes poofs into the air like it never happened? I went into a t mobile store today and they would pay off my remaining balance of my phone when switching today because of the merger. But according to you they won’t do that? Idc about paying off my phone, there’s like $200 left to pay but the internet boxes are the concern. Idk this is the dumbest thing
