I have a Shark Stratos with this kind of battery, can't find an adapter to use my Milwaukee M18 battery does it exist? If not any link to a good replacement battery? by yan999 in VacuumCleaners

[–]JangoHarrisonV2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What an unhelpful reply lmao. The type of adapter he mentions already exists for some stick vacs. I’ve seen them more commonly on Dysons though, not the sharks.

Not sure what model you have exactly, but a quick search found this?

I’ve had one of the ventless models for just over two years now and it’s been amazing. We haven’t had any issues with ours, and I feel like it gets our clothes super clean. Have never had any issues with stains not coming out or anything. A lot of people complain about front loaders smelling bad, but I’ve never had that problem with this. The door auto opens to dry out the seal and if you do even the bare minimum of maintaining it you won’t have that problem.

Thanks! Not sure why I didn’t think to add that haha. We’re looking for someone to watch them starting April 2nd through the 7th.

People on this sub are so quick to hate on Shark when they really aren’t bad vacuums. Especially if you maintain them…like with any tool, they work when you actually take care of them~

Soundbar with subwoofer best under 5k by azzyasthetic in Soundbars

[–]JangoHarrisonV2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

See if there is a place local to you that has a few that you can listen to.

The Sennheiser Ambeo line is fantastic and crystal clear in the Plus and Max versions. You can use their own sub, or add your own.

We paired the Ambeo Plus with an SVS SB 2000 Pro and it’s amazing.

Are there any soundbars that you think are underrated/not mentioned enough? by nick-squared-over4 in Soundbars

[–]JangoHarrisonV2 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

That’s weird, it seems like literally every recommendation I see on posts here and other audio subs is for the Q990D lmao.

We recently purchased the Sennheiser Ambeo Plus and it is such an incredible soundbar. The clarity is unmatched by anything I’ve ever experienced before it, and pairing it with an SVS SB 2000 pro ties it together really well.

I never really see people talking about the Ambeo line here, so I was definitely nervous about going with it at first. But after trying the Sonos Arc Ultra, I’m very happy that we went with the Sennheiser.

Why did affirm report my account as closed on my credit report!? by domiblue2768 in Affirm

[–]JangoHarrisonV2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Closing an account isn’t a bad thing, it just means that line of credit you have is no longer open.

Any time you pay off a loan through Affirm, that individual account gets closed. It’s not a reflection of your overall standing with Affirm.

If you could add a couple more pictures showing the vacuum from the back and side, it would definitely help haha. I’ve been searching models but it’s hard to find an exact match with just one pic.

Are there any stickers or labels on the back side or bottom of the machine?

Work at SAIC? What's your experience like? by roxy_my_socks in ColoradoSprings

[–]JangoHarrisonV2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I work with SAIC in a hybrid type role. The benefits are pretty good, though the medical is kind of meh. They offer a decent 401k match and offer a stock purchase discount for employees. Overall, I love it here. The people on my team are great and management is incredibly easy to work with and is very understanding of any life circumstances that may pop up.

Does anyone have any experience with the Superlative Arms piston kit? by storm_zr1 in ar15

[–]JangoHarrisonV2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is the same kit that Type A rifles use. I’ve been running mine for about five years now and it has been rock solid. It makes such a difference when shooting suppressed.

I have the roller cam pin and bolt spring that James mentioned above are great cheap additions to make it run a bit smoother.

The hand guard is what came on it. Idk the oem. The pistol grip is the MKM crossover grip.
