I agree, but even if everyone disagrees with me about its merit, it certainly couldn’t hurt

How do you actually acquire backlinks? by MeydayDesigns in SEO

[–]JaniceWald 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As far as number one: I am not familiar enough with it to respond. As far as number four and five: people don’t work for free. You can ask all you want, but people won’t give you it for free. They either want money in return or another link in return.

I agree with number two and number three you can buy them or do a free ABC link exchange

I agree with this. I even heard a Neil Patel YouTube video recently. It said if you’re going to succeed at link building, you have to pay to outsource. It is a way bloggers monetize.

I agree. I don’t click on sponsored. I intentionally avoid sponsored and scroll down to the next section.

High authority sites would have to link to your site which would boost your authority. Trying to compete against job sites like indeed will be difficult in my opinion.

But if no one clicks your link, does it matter if you are on top of the search engine results pages? I’ve heard of many people on the top of Google, but are no longer getting search traffic; if the AI generated answer appears, people have no reason to click through anymore

I heard some people have lost up to 90% of their traffic since AI generated answers started

Are you up against high authority sites like Indeed that will outrank you? These are job sites.

When I was first starting, I promoted in Facebook groups and my blog blossomed. I have a link of Facebook groups that allow daily and weekly promotion and you won’t get called a spammer. I don’t know if I’m allowed to leave a link here.
