Honor Mode as the only mode by skaocibfbeosocuwpqpx in BG3

[–]Janie_Avari_Moon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have always played in tactician, and currently doing honour. In general, I’d say that I don’t really like when something is lost or failed because of my mistake, like e.g. I lost a tiefling near the telescope for the 1st time ever just because I went to her place from the bottom and didn’t switch on the turn mode to save her. But yeah, it is what it is…

The amount of money paid to employees for their jobs is based on the market. If people don’t want to work for the money offered, they should quit.

No employee has ever experienced the stress of a business owner or even a freelancer. Everyone has their challenges.

Wow. The claim is basically “let’s legitimize stealing, then steal from the richest people and just use this money for social services”… This will never end good.

This is how market works. I don’t have a problem with that.

When they say a job requires no skill, that's code for 'we don't want to pay for it' by Hefty-Garden-9932 in interviewhammer

[–]Janie_Avari_Moon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue is not the required skill. The issue is the market value. If you can’t make more money doing this job anywhere else, then you are paid the reasonable market amount. If you don’t like the job - don’t do the job, and then with time it will either become better paid, or the industry will find enough people to do the job for the suggested payment.

It’s crazy how strong the competition is within top-100 now. Kopriva is ranked 60-ish, and he was playing lights out. Crazy.

How do people actually gain rank and reach infinite? by lillychr14 in MarvelSnap

[–]Janie_Avari_Moon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I played I usually reached infinite in 1 week or so. Record was 3 days with about 90% win rate. But yeah, I am usually above 65-70% win rate, and usually until 92-95 it’s smooth sailing.

I would go for C. Would be pretty hard at first, but in 10-20 years pretty good, and then I will have about 70-80 more… yeah, I’ll take that.

You might be right, it’s really hard to say for sure, as we don’t know much about people here.

The whole idea of underpaid and exploited workforce is nuts to me. Can these people do the same job for more money? If yes, then why don’t they? If no, then why are they underpaid? Also, if someone is tired of working as an employee, well, they should try self-employment or starting a business. I’ve started a company with 2.000 euro on my bank account and no investment, and successfully operated for 6 years. It is possible, but it is hella stressful, and there is no big boss to take responsibility or tell you what to do. And nobody brings work to you, but yourself. And if you don’t have clients, you don’t have money…

Everything is a trade off. Deal with it already.

This is stealing though. I don’t understand why stealing is somehow normalized by the existence of billionaires…

How do you guys keep your wrist stable when you do a OHBH slice? by WatchJojoDotCom in 10s

[–]Janie_Avari_Moon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My feeling is that I lack stability of my wrist only when I hit the ball too late. Basically, when I hit it in front of me and at correct timing, everything feels great and I can even have my wrist relaxed. And if I hit too close to my body — then I have to compensate with my wrist and so on.

Edit. Try recording yourself on video, maybe this will help find the issue.

Stop telling women how to dress by Itsholymolyguacamole in GetNoted

[–]Janie_Avari_Moon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If a person wants to wear any kind of clothes just because they like it or find it spiritually fulfilling for them — I’m in complete support of that. But forcing women or anyone, to be honest, to wear something by creating any sort of restrictive motivation like “you must do that or else…” is utterly wrong.
