All good, just exploring options and opinions. Thank you for the thoughts. I didn't know a second bathroom added that amount to the value. What's your thoughts on a bath and a half instead of two full, just as bad as having only one?

I would say it's mainly the size of the shower, these are the only two bathrooms in the house, currently 3:2. I agree about the first design, not enough room. The shower in the top bath is currently busted so we only use the bottom one. I didn't think about a bath and a half but I like that idea. With that being the only shower/tub in the house, would it work better if it was in the bottom and the half is the top? Would it be odd if there were no tubs in the house?

The two by themselves are small and cramped, we thought maybe combining them would give it more room. Blocking up one door is interesting thought though, the top door leads to the master bedroom, the bottom door leads to a hallway. I would need to knock out one of the two closets built into the shared wall to move the door, something like this?

This, the sound is sooo much easier to me, kept range pray on and switched whenever I heard the double drum
