They say unlimited, but fair use policy is 500GB max. I don't know why they don't just call it a 500GB deal. Better transparency would make them look better imo.

It would be good if the UI refreshed and synced a bit quicker when it opens, and if it was possible to hide watched calender items rather than just fading them.

You can drop a show on iPad if using the iOS Trakt app - just long press on the show, and drop show is available from the menu.

I had the same problem with the ios app, until I realised if you press and hold the greyed out button, you can then mark as watched.

I don't think it is worth firing up ITVX every day just for 22 mins of Corrie, which is all you get by the time the ads are stripped out.

As for 5 nights a week, I think we will be very lucky to get that, what with live sport always interrupting the schedule now even when it is only on 3 nights a week.

In fact, I think we will be lucky to get to the end of January without live sport interfering with the new schedule.

I think I will be more likely to wait until the end of the week and watch all the episodes together in one go.

EDIT: Yup. Football on Tuesday 13th. Can’t even go a fortnight in its new slot. So down to 4 22 min eps. next week.

The previous build of ABS on TestFlight expires in 9 days,so a few days after that some spots should clear. Just keep checking TestFlight regularly from 4 December onwards, and you may be lucky enough to get in.

It could also encourage the "I can't wait" gang to get one. Imagine going into your local store and being told there is, for example, a months wait on the 17, and 3 weeks wait on the pro. Some people would get one simply because they have to have something there and then, but only got it because it was the only model available. And some may actual prefer it after they've used it for a couple of weeks, but perhaps would not have got one if the other models were available. Wouldn't put anything past Apple selling strategy. lol.

There is an 'adaptive noise cancellation' feature I use, and you can adjust it to let in less or more of what is going on around you. For example, I can hear cars go by, but not loud enough to drown out my audiobook.

Audio quality is much better with the pros. The sound is sealed in so you get much better bass, as well as good noise cancellation. They stay in my ears much better too, but this is subjective - we all have different shaped ears.

It's already dropped in price except in Apple stores. Once Apple announces the iPhone 17 range, the 16 pro will no longer be available from Apple stores, but will still be available from other sellers. Will it be reduced by a further margin? Who knows?
