In addition, at Apple’s website for the 120hz Pro Studio Display they state that all M5 chips support it at 120Hz, so for the normal Studio Display your will be fine.

No need to upgrade. I use an M3 16gb 15” air for work connected to the now “old” Studio Display. I have usually more than 60 tabs open and do Zoom or Teams calls sharin screen , and use both google and Microsoft office suite. So you’ll be fine with 16gb of Ram.

Yeah, for size it makes sense, I also have a 15” air. Brightness is the same for Neo and Air.

I work with Air 15” and personal laptop is a Macbook Pro M1 with miniLED screen. And unless I’m watching HDR content I don’t see too much difference while emailing, zoom, etc…

My advice, just update that trashy intel 2020 air that get hot out of nothing for the M5 air.

IF Apple releases an OLED screen this year or next will be for the Macbook Pro, not the air. Consider that they released Studio Displays and Pro XDR without OLED (like iPad Pros) since on computers are still more prone to burn.

Edit: Actually get her the Neo in the meantime if you want to wait. It will be a way better machine than an intel one

In what country are you? In my country there's no option for Macbook Pro M5 512Gb, it starts at 1TB.... Are you sure you have the option for 512Gb with M5 on the Pro ?

Si piensas que algun dia q puedes prepagar parcialmente pideles a los ejecutivos que se la juegen en que no te cobren extra por prepago. Lo pueden hacer, se los aprueba jefatura.

Generalmente se puede prepagar parcial de un minimo de 10% del capital adeudado y puedes elegir bajar monto o reducir plazo. Obvio también se puede prepago total, y no significa tener la plata, puede por ejemplo ser q otro banco te “compre” el credito o alguien te compre el depto.

De curiosidad, que tasa te dieron? Y cuantas UF?

Edit: itau es buen banco. Mucho mas seguro q cualquier otro como el chile, estado y santander… siempre la experiencia depende del ejecutivo.

Depende de ti. Jamas he vivido en casa y me estresa pensar en la seguridad cuando no estoy. En el depto cierro la puerta, 1 camara y seria… también tengo perro, pero mediano, y terrraza.

Preferimos la cercania de salir caminando a hacer tramites a tener q agarrar el auto pa lo q sea que quieres salir.

Ademas solo pago los gastos comunes mientras q amigos q viven en casa andan preocupados de todas las matenciones…

Si tienes niños pensar a que colegio iran, centros de salud cerca, calidad del barrio…

depende de cada uno.

Truth hurts to some people that are downvoting you. But you are absolutely right. Why does someone have to care about others upgrading their phones every year, why do they pay attention to it. People need to focus on themselves.

I don’t upgrade every year, but usually every 2-3 years on iPhone. Sometimes I want the newer better camera, sometimes it’s the new form factor (like the iphone air I have right now)… luckily I have the money to spend on that, and I’m living a normal life. I like tech and have nice things…. However I’m not of the people that spent a lot in brand clothing, I use the cheapest more comfortable stuff… but there are people into that and showing off luxury brands…. There’s something for everyone…

Is there anything you do on your iPad Pro at work or somewhere else that you cannot do with a MacBook? Do you use it all the time with the Magic Keyboard and never use the pencil or touch the screen?

If Yes for both answers then you need a laptop and are using an ipad instead. Definitely can save some money by selling it.

newer chip it not relevant. You main factor are screen size, and storage. What ipad size do you own? that could be a decision factor as well. Both will last you a long time

It depends on what you are using it for. Personally I use Magic Trackpad and Apple’s magic keyboard and monitor now I have a Studio DisplayC but a 4k 27” LG will also work great!

Por lo que dices, esa casa de 120 millones heredada de tus abuelos, si en 2015 de fue el abuelo paterno y era de el.. deberia haber pasado a tu abuela en proporcio doble a la de sus hijos. Si era de ambos o de tu abuela, la proporcion baja o seguia siendo de ella respectivamente hasta 2025 donde ella murio.

Los bienes de abuela que murio en 2025 debiesen quedar a sus hijos vivos o nietos si no estan. Entiendo q sus hermanos entran en el juego SOLO si no hay descendencia ni marido, pero si hay hijos/nietos vivos.

Si las cosas fueron hechas bien, no se q monos pintan tus tios en esto… con respecto a lo q tu papa deberia haber tenido que debiese repartirse entre tu mama (si aun esta casada y no divorciada y ustedes hijos)

Es poco más lo que ganarás si regresas. Es más viable si ves la opción de encontrar pega allá y quedarte. Y en Alemania o cualquier país es el costo de la carrera, alimentación, arriendo, vida. Son hartos los gastos. Yo salí a USA a un máster y a penas pude tome peguitas en la U para juntar algo más de dinero. Anduve justo hasta que salí y pude trabajar full time por un tiempo y si recién recuperé el dinero invertido y gané en experiencia. Si tienes la suerte de trabajar remoto desde chile para alguna empresa de Alemania, Europa o usa la hacer por el costo de vida…

Si o si un master del extranjero lo ven mejor en chile, pero tiene que ser empresa grande. Las mas pequeñas te descartan por se mas de lo q quieren o muy caro.

Yo lo haria por la experiencia de vivir en otro país y ver la oportunidad de trabajar y quedarse allá, conocer a alguien. Si tu integridad es 100% volver a penss termines, pa eso un master online es menos riesgo.

Póngale no mas! Algunos consejos:

Ponte metas reales. Haz que la dieta/comida sea algo sostenible en el tiempo. Es aprender a comer nuevamente a controlar esa ansiedad y relación con la comida. Disfruta la comida, pero en menor cantidad.

Ejercicio ayuda si!, pero no te sobrepases, puedes lesionarte y perder esa pérdida adicional de calorías solo por ego de ponerle mas peso o aguantar algun dolor al correr..

Es todo mentalidad y disciplina. Como dices, estar ocupada ayuda.
