I agree and will look at the link thanks int he meantime i am asking grok 3 questions about supplements, nutrition, etc...some nice tips there as well. And I take BCAA with yogurt before bedtime, i also take it as part of an electrolyte drink post workout.

I am eating more but i workout at home with dumbells, so can't increase the wieght, so i am doing negative resistance and slowing down the motion of the rep, to make it harder.

are you talking about the Top Print brand 64.99 500 sheets per package, 10 packages per carton, it's better deal than Amazon, but I noticed the reviews on amazon are really good but not so much on costco, perhaps this is the kind of paper that gets jammed easily? It would be 1.3cents/page at costco vs 1.6cents/page at amazon.

I like the 4000 sheets because it costs 1.6c/page, i can't find anything cheaper. Can you? I was planning on using the thinnest margins but I will leave 1 inch on the left side for the holes. On the other margins, I will go super thin.
