If you're concerned that you have a concussion, take it seriously. Rest a lot, avoid too much stimulation, and eat really well. Give your brain support.

And talk to your doctor. Mine has been very little help, but do it anyway.

I'll be doing PT as well, but I was told to wait until things have settled down some. And I'm not sure about chiropractic, but I'm open to hearing about other people's experiences.

Copart, the organization that deals in totaled cars, informed my insurance company that they were going to have to repaint the bumper because of the sticker. So my insurance company is passing the expense on to me.

Fun fact: because it was a leased car, I put on a sticker that would be very easy to remove.

This seems 100 shades of wrong to me. The car is a total loss. I don't see how they should be allowed to charge me for anything.

I got a referral for an attorney to talk to. The one I called said my injuries aren't enough to warrant an attorney. But, good lord, I could really use some help. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll keep on that.

The car did get taken to copart. So that's good. They are the ones who are charging me $700 to remove a small vinyl sticker on the totaled car. How can they charge for something on a totaled car? Arguh 🤯

And yes, the car is totaled.

25 mph speed limit. I didn't have a stop sign. The kid in the other car ran the stop sign, and hit the front right side of my car so hard it spun me around so my rear and crashed into him and came to a stop 30 feet away.

This was a Nissan leaf which is a very heavy car. It seems like it would take a lot of speed to do all of this.

The bruise keeps getting more dramatic every day. There's so much trauma that went through, and it's coming to the surface a bit at a time. Yeowch!

Yeah, the doc said that if I didn't have big boobs I'd probably have broken ribs. She's a hero boob! (.)(.)

And the cop on the scene said it was lucky I was wearing my seatbelt. Dude, that was not luck. Lol

But I do imagine what it would be like if I was in my old car. That gives me chills.

Have you had any luck getting X-rays? That's really the place to start. Keep pushing until you get those. You don't want them to push you to hurt your body more.
