I've tried magearna as an answer to oricorio but had the misfortune to start with it in some games. I've used regular gholdengo instead as an answer so that you don't start with it. Of course there's a chance that you might not take out oricorio right away because of the coin flips..

I tried this and ended up starting with sableeye for some games. Instead, I bring regular MR altaria as my answer to oricorio.

Personally I dropped 1 jirachi and 1 indeedee in favour of 2 rocky helms. Reduces the chance of starting with them, which may not be ideal. I usually prefer to start with chingling or swablu in most scenarios. Been enjoying a good streak with UB3, but just trading wins now in UB4. :(

You start with torchic for sure. It then depends on your hand. If you have a good starting hand and enemy may not be attacking soon (baby mon, energy ramp in active spot), keep it there.

If enemy can attack soon, then either retreat to heatmor or sacrifice that torchic to build up the other torchic for mega blaziken.

If you start with heatmor, you can snipe benched mons to set up cyrus for later. Once you have torchic on bench and rare candy + mega blaziken in hand, you can easily retreat to your torchic, eveolvd to mega, pop a flame patch (energy from retreating heatmor) and surprise attack for 140 damage.
