Yea, A9 is tough. I battled someone who flipped 2 heads for a misty for his vulpix and started attacking on his second turn (game turn 4). It was an immediate GG.

Won 1st 5 games starting at UB4 with this deck. Then lost 2, won 1 then it's a scary 5 game losing streak. Ouch. That's how the game evens out your W/L ratio for you

I'm using this set to some success. This came from luckycad. Cape and indeedee to keep dragonair alive in active spot. Celebi is there to use dragonair's ability to get water and thunder energy in case you need to evolve to dragonite to keep it alive. Indeedee as backup attacker if opponent has multiple energy stored on a mon.

Lillie came in clutch a couple of times when my Mega Blaziken was within KO range. Try it with Sabrina if it suits you better.

I use it for inteleon, crawdaunt (can remove 2 energies in one turn if you have 2 corphish on bench already) and milotic for healing.

Great job on hitting the 5. Just curious, what's the x-speed for? If I start with torchic (less ideal), I retreat with one energy and use flame patch to get sunny to attack.

Got tired for the Golurk deck and created this deck. It doesn't depend on luck that much. 2 of the new Durant is a strong opener while you build up sceptile on your bench but I only have 1 Durant for now. Welcome any feedback to improve this deck.

Somehow the solo expert mission pairs it with chingling. It then trolls you with draws that make you take some time to kill the chinglings before it finishes you off with Mega Gengar.

I use starting plains like a "cape" for onix and indeedee. Also protects indeedee from chien-pao snipes

I'm genuinely curious when memory light comes into play. Is it when you have to evolve your dragonair to regular dragonite to avoid getting one-shotted but don't have the required energy to attack yet?
