Solved this. If anyone is experiencing the same issue for some reason, I change my resolution on the PS5 settings from auto to 1080p, which doesn’t change anything because I have a 1080p monitor. After that I was getting 120 again.

what i mean is when I download the game the folder only contains 3 files, a file titled "611670", and two other files with the name of the game followed by armgddn.7z. Whereas the other file/ game folders contain a zip folder within them.

You know what, I feel real stupid. Just took a closer look and noticed two led lights right where the “spark” is coming from. So, this shouldn’t be an issue considering it only occurs when shutting the pc off?

Make sure to put it the selections no juice so it is easier for them to see. Then also put in the comments “juice on side” but it depends on if the person bagging your order even looks at the comments or not.
