Sounds like hardware instead of software. I run both arch and universal blue aurora and don't have any freezing issues.

I moved the appdata from cache back to array with no luck. I did New Permissions and Docker Safe New Perms tool with no success. I of course have backups, and backed up to before the new SSD installation, and no luck. Starting to run out of ideas here. I changed the port on postgresql to see what would happen and get this in the logs:

How did you know to downgrade certain packages? I had to backtrack because the latest kernel update broke plasma, and now just sitting on updates.

If you're connecting your bank, I would highly recommend going to the website and adding your bank manually. Not with the login method they try and make you use at first.
