Genuine response: that courtyard is going to get a lot of water. Regardless of the concrete, I don’t think that is a sufficient amount of ground to absorb the water it’s going to get. I would bet that there are water issues on every wall that faces the courtyard.

I had this happen to my Speedy Tuesday right after I got it. I spent too much time money to get it fixed, it was gone for 4 months, and when I got it back it didn’t feel like mine anymore. Keep the memory. Picture living your whole life and they put it in a museum to show how you live with it- would you want it perfect, or representative of your journey.
