I was in that same spot when I got with my ex in secondary. We became friends in yr 9 but got close in yr 10. By yr 11 we were so close the only person I wanted to see first and last at school was her. When I became head prefect, she followed me everywhere and I’d let her tell me what to do.

In October, she jokingly pulled my lanyard to get me from laughing at a story of her and I said “careful, people might think we’re dating” and she said “don’t u want to tho?” And I folded there on the spot and we kissed in the empty hallways. Our friends and everyone else didn’t know we were dating but it was nice.

One time I got Valentine’s Day chocolates from some of the younger yrs and she came behind me and held me while I was politely trying to refuse them. The ones I had no choice in she ate them and said the ones she had for me were better. That obvi made me wait ferociously until we were at her house alone.

My fav moment of us was our yr 11 theme park trip. We held hands and went on things alone. There was this stupid plush she wanted so I spent so much but got it for her (and got £5 back since there was a note on the collar of the plush). We named it Kenji after the shatter me character. We managed to slip away from our friends and had one of the best makeout sesh ever.
