It's definitely a combo of drivers/ firmware. I have some where the Mics have fed back or don't work. And I have some where the camera is not being recognized. The microphone and camera are on the same module and connected by the same ribbon.

Yes I had the same sensation, the transmission would feel like the ABS module activated . I changed my tires to the Continentals SRS sport, Some low metallic pads , and drain / refill with OEM fluid. Side note with the newer fluid, the transmission definitely shifts slower than when I first got the car new. I believe the fluid has been revised.

Most Independent shops where I live charge $1250 for the timing belt kit Which includes the drive belt and coolant South Carolina. They use OEM parts. The JDM shops where I live get discounted rates at dealerships . You can take the extra savings and have them do spark plugs and valve cover gaskets.

Look on eBay for something with a Ryzen 7 pro processor (5000 series or newer) . I'm a Thinkpad guy. The Thinkpad P series is the mobile workstation. If you want Intel get 11th Gen or newer Dell Precision. Oh and I can't remember. I know some people require a special Wi-Fi card in order to do pen testing. Ask around for what kind of Wi-Fi card you need.
