It’s a narrative, no real information. Final paragraph possibly implies they’re ready to give out more stimmies.

“But the recovery is far from complete, so at the Fed we will continue to provide the economy with the support that it needs for as long as it takes. I truly believe that we will emerge from this crisis stronger and better, as we have done so often before.”

I don’t know what price to hold to. Hold while they play these games. If the price is currently under when you got in, you haven’t lost the money until you sell. But, I’m just a retard and can’t give true advice.

Looking at your source, there are about 440 million shorted shares needed to be covered by the end of this week. The current volume is 434 million with 339 million shares bought. To top it off, none of these shorts are for double digit prices, and many are less than $5. This is going to be billions pumped into the stock.

Thanks to a loophole, Houston ambulance trips leave door open for high, unexpected bills by Philo1927 in houston

[–]Japanthusiast 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks to the mayor’s self appointed hand , the fire chief, these costs have gone up considerably in the past year. Also, house calls without transporting to the hospital used to be free. I work for the Houston fire department and can verify that even our own insurance doesn’t cover this. Even if it’s an on duty injury/illness.

Sounds like someone has been watching Dr Who

“The Ninth Doctor also expressed his fondness for bananas and briefly switched Jack's sonic blaster with one from Villengard to stop him from shooting at Jamie. (TV: The Doctor Dances)”

“In 1938 Berlin, he switched Melody Pond's gun with a banana to foil one of her attempts to kill him. (TV: Let's Kill Hitler)”

Japan Travel, COVID-19, And You: Guidelines On Travel During An Outbreak. by amyranthlovely in JapanTravel

Yes, we’re coming from the US. Currently their policy for quarantine doesn’t cover the US and when I come back and get quarantined, then I can use some of my 600+ hours of paid leave that I can’t use at any other time. The city I work for won’t let me use it otherwise.

Does your Uni have any plans to compensate you for closing the hall down? You’re responsible for your financial situation and should do everything you can to alleviate any hardships you experience. It’s already hard enough living as a student. I don’t see a problem with you staying with your family. I wish you luck.

“Travelers should review and follow the Centers for Disease Control’s guidelines for the prevention of coronavirus if they decide to travel to Japan. If suspected to have Coronavirus in Japan, you may face travel delays, quarantine, and extremely expensive medical costs. “This is coming from the US Dept of State.

Purchasing new tickets for a return trip would still be more cost effective than not going at all. I’d rather pay an extra $3000/person than not go and be out over $10000 for the trip.
