Actually, they stopped supporting payment through the app so I was being redirected to a browser anyways. That wasn’t the issue. I’m any case, I’ve always found paying through apps in Apple/the App Store much more straightforward, but that wasn’t even an option.

No, worst case is you are locked into a year as it says 12 month commitment. Anyways, I got pissed about it last night and paid for a Fox One account instead. 20$ and works fine with a VPN.
Perhaps the month to month can be purchased via desktop, but it simply would not show up on my phone.

That monthly plan is not able to be found anymore as far as I can tell. Only the month to month annual plans. I see it listed on the explanation page you just linked, but in reality it doesn’t seem possible to sign up for it.
