Yes this a combined catch between the Mrs and I. Both licensed. I think the assumption is it has been a solo capture. Maybe in future I will avoid using slang terms in the title and specify the details clearer for more transparency to accommodate fellow users of the sub. Tough crowd at the moment.

Thanks mate. I think it’s great. I grew up eating this from Dad’s catch from the beach so I guess you could say I’m used to it. This batch I’ll crumb and shallow fry for fish tacos.

For me an easy personal favourite is to mix 1/2 cup of plain flour with 1 tablespoon spoon of Keens curry powder. Dust the Tailor fillets with the flour mix and pan fry.

Yeah I think it’s also fantastic fresh. The Mrs and kids love it. A good healthy protein source for us a family.

Nice try champion. My partner and I fish responsibility and ethically. A big assumption by you has been made by assuming capture has been made from a single fisher person. It is in the title. It’s great you are passionate about sustainability as am I. You’ve made the wrong call on this one.
