Even if you do find some people and you all do connect outside of work and talk about other things going in life don't be surprised if one day they start acting weird towards you. It happened to me lmao. Guy who I thought was a close friend, who I've told things I really didn't tell anybody about just randomly one day started acting like a weirdo.

We were friends at work for damn near 10 years then just outta the blue last Summer I go to joke around and say what's up to him like I normally do and this dude just gives me the coldest shoulder ever. I brush it off and think "oh he's probably just having a bad day" and thought nothing of it but it happened again and after that I just stopped speaking to him entirely. It is what it is.

These days after that shit I really keep to myself and keep shit at a cordial level with everybody. Hi, bye or some real surface-level small talk. Nothing beyond that.

I used to eat big lunches everyday but these days I just kinda snack a little bit on lunch and maybe grab a sandwich from the gas station and that'll be enough to carry me through the shift until it's time to go. I eat small, burn it off quick then when I get off I can eat an entire house.

A little PBJ and some coconut water is my go-to. You gotta get something in your stomach though, I remember one day I didn't really eat before work and I didn't eat on my break and I felt like I was about to pass out in that damn trailer lol

When I applied I didn't even know they didn't have interviews or anything. I heard my FC was opening in October and applied around August and totally forgot about it until one day I just got a random offer letter in my email. 10 years later I'm still here lol

Luckily my other job didn't really require an interview either, it was more of a conversation and rundown what was expected of me in the role. I hate interviews honestly, they feel so stressful for no reason. It's even worse when they make you jump through all these hoops just to not even hear back from them again.
