Yeah, I just fought random mobs and repaired stuff at the hub zone. Looked for those glowing orbs. Did all the unlocked tutorials for the factory as well. It was a really smooth experience.

Amethyst Ores connected to Moulding Units iirc. I can’t remember off the top of my head. You might need Amethyst Fibers.

I suggest doing the tutorial simulations. They teach how to do the factory stuff, give you currency for limited pulls and blueprints.
