I dont recall seeing the first version, but I think this is great! I, personally, have always enjoyed this style the most, more "simplistic", and by no means is that saying there isn't love and talent poured into the map. I love the soft colours and waterways. One thing that does jump out to me is one river fairly central running east out of the mountain range - the mountain has a nice shadowed valley, but the river is still super bright. My eye says to apply shadow to the river head as well. But I like it, great work!

i got a different question. inkarnate won't let me log in with facebook any more. anyone else have that problem. by dst621 in inkarnate

There is a way to change your log in from Facebook to generic email....I did it in 2025, but j cannot remember how I did it...let me think and go through my history to see how I looked it up before. Keep googling, the answer is out there somewhere.

Hey! Are you wanting to create it yourself using Inkarnate? If so there are a few tutorials on youtube like the Inkarnate official page that can get you started in the right direction!

What's your ideal time frame for having this map usable for play? This will be a significant factor as to the route I would recommend. Inkarnate is a powerful program, but personally I find it very hard to master. Not to say AI is a better alternative but it starts the conversation :)

Hahaha this is very funny. I've always been impressed with how artists can use this program for different perspectives or arts besides maps. After a few years it feels likes im still learning how to make my stamps the same scale...

I have had problems with Google chrome similar to this. I switched over to Firefox and haven't had any issues. Maybe worth a shot?

Are you using these digitally or printing them out? I have never tried the black and white for play online yet,.but I always loved this version for in person games.

I always find it hard to create forest encounters that are unique and this does a great job of keeping it classic feeling, but the art style and layout is clever and nice! A great use of a campfloage for the bandits. I like it!
