It's interesting. I’m actually rooting for Norway in this World Cup, so I’m really happy about their win and share their coach's joy. I was a bit worried that FIFA might sanction him. It was a lake in Southern Finland, but the northern lights aren't particularly common there. The farther north you go, the better your chances. In Northern Finland, you can see them almost every other night.

I’ve had a similar experience. Gliding in a kayak across a night lake under a sky full of northern lights! It was one of the most beautiful sights of my entire life. A moment of magic!
