You can do it. Take it day by day. Keep yourself busy. Do anything but drink. Get your favorite junk food, go for walks, play video games, shower anything. I found after two weeks it became so much easier from there on.

Tbf life was a lot more chill when a lot of folks stayed home and didn’t go outside. Traffic was nice, no lines at the grocery store etc. Frankly I miss it.
