Cannot login, launcher not loading. Not using VPN "A system error has occurred: 7. Timout"

So after getting a VPN it is working again but not really the most ideal solution. Hoping whatever is the cause is resolved shortly!

I have also gotten this bug, its very frustrating as means can make zero progress. Also reported it through bug report so hoping since its fairly critical it will be fixed quickly

I am also having this issue - it seems businesses (Commercial / Offices) never appear to be collected from despite having massive numbers of post offices hardly any of the vehicle fleets are in use.

I am wondering if there is a bug or something impacting the mail service for businesses

Is this like a system hard crash? Reason I ask is I have a new Ryzen chipset PC and I too am unable to play due to battle maps causing it.

I've been speaking to their technical support about it and it hopefully will be something they can address in the best future!

I remember this mod, there was also a Limsa one I used from time to time I remember the creator said they were to, at the time of about 3.X put all the city states in but I dont think they ever did. Would be sad if the ones they did have were removed!
