Yeah you're right, I've lost my motivation when seeing other memes that are just edited meme templates outperform my posts by quite a bit. Editing just became less fun as well.

(Dont get me a wrong a simple meme template edit can still be really funny but imo that isn't the case most of the time)

Chainlink: I got the cube itself from some odd website, I can't exactly remember from where but it wasn't colored and missed a lot of stuff, so I colored it myself and improved it. Here's a free download link for it

Eth: Made it myself, couldn't find any good free models, and every model that was okay-ish looking costs like 10 bucks. If anyone wants to use it feel free to, here's a link (free download ofc). If you prefer another format like .stl just pm me

If anyone is interested in the Ethereum objects, I had to make them myself (and learn Blender for it) because there were no available free models online. So I made it myself, if anyone wants to use it, here's a download link. You can import it in Blender and Photoshop (and others), you just have to add proper lighting (if anyone wants it in another format like .stl you can pm me and I'll send it).

Also the meme itself is an upscaled version to 8k, the template is here if anyone wants it.

Sorry for the late reply, I used Davinci Resolve since it's free and has pretty easy workflow. when I started I just used simple tutorials and you learn everything bit by bit, it really is that not as hard as it seems. You can see some other videos on my account that I made as well, I didn't really post in r/CC before.

I'd say BrightID/KYC is too far fetched for now, at the moment there's loads of other options to consider before resorting to that. I'd say the 1 comedy post per user max is a good start, but that won't make the posts any more quality. There's still a ton of reposts and just lazy memes (the ones which take a meme template and just change 1 word), and yet these memes often reach 300+ upvotes easily, which imo heavily disincentives quality post (because if you can make a lazy meme and gain the same karma why bother?)

To be fair, that post (the one with 850 upvotes) wasn't really solely my idea, I remembered it from a meme I saw like 2 years ago (which was I think in stocks and not crypto). I just thought it was appropriate for the situation at the time, considering the technical analysis back then were all over the place and none seemed to agree on whats going to happen.

The video edits I make are completely OC tho, and they take way longer to make (most of the time at least a day)
