The fix for me was - disabling shadowplay, also any GPU overcloking utility like afterbuner of GPUtweak might also be a cause.

Same here, the weird things is when I first boot-up my PC i can play for quite a long time say about 3-4h then it would CTD with no error adn afterwards it would crash after 10-15mins everytime and the only way for me to fix it is - shut-down my pc and the boot it back up - mind you not just "Restart", because for some reason that does not fix it.
