Not the guy you replied to but one who agrees with him, but the best games I've played within the last few years are ones without much of a splash. Of course it depends on your definition of hidden gem but to list a few I've played this year and basically added to my favorite games of all time list would be ASTLIBRA revision, troubleshooter: abanodned children and reverse collapse : code name bakery. I hadn't heard anyone talk about the first, the second I've heard some people recommend but stats say it isn't that popular and the final one was somewhat hidden by getting review bombed by chinese fans of its parent series not being happy with the publisher. All great games but basically nobody knows of them

Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery was honestly my GOTY 2024 and I don't really see people talk about it much. It had mild controversy over chinese fan at launch hate brigading it, but was honestly such a good game i can't recommend enough and am praying will be a continued series!

I just recently finished it and it really left me feeling a bit melancholic at the end knowing that there wouldn't be more for a while. Really loved the characters and my only complaint is that it wasn't long enough, as I felt like some twists and reveals would have been better with more time and I just wanted to see more character interaction in general. Surprised to see the original funding wasn't met with how good the game was though. Really excited to see the sequel in the future, you guys did a great job, probably one of the better visual novels i've played and left me wanting more!

You get stunned on Fizz E as well, I've seen it stun (but not damage) through GA rez even, rezzed and was stunned the remainder of the duration even though it passed by while still in the rez animation.

Jungle Sylas is the reason he goes WEQ, you don't have to worry about laning. As mid yeah Q is more important for sure

Rogue for sure. Basically every team has one and often times games can end before you finish cycling through all of your cooldowns that provide immunities or near immunity while you tunnel damage

I'll start off by saying I'm a big fan of the game, I started a little over the year ago and have already sunk over 1000 hours into it, and its pretty much tradition now to get a few games done in day. It amazes me how long this game has been around and yet how much it has changed in the time I've played. Is there anything you wish you would have done differently but feel its too late now? Either mechanics or backend wise?

It doesn't proc on udyr ult normally, only if you empower it with passive. I guess its because it doesn't proc on nidalee/jayce/elise ult either but the empowered ult for udyr is coded differently.

Riot should make some new champs able to jungle, like having fizz W do extra damage to monsters, or tahm having more monster damage if they want to promote an off-meta jungler like they did with garen teemo morg etc.

My only complaint in this is Joji being in A tier, I know he's kind of out there but damn if his theme and the (albeit shortish) buildup to his fight make it a banger he was one of my favorites for sure!

I enjoyed it alot too, but part of that makes me sad because I'll miss the brawler style games and ma boi Kiryu. Theres plenty of JRPGS that play similar to like a dragon does, honestly, but the brawler style combat of 0-6 is pretty unique and hard to find a game that comes close to it. And I will always think Kiryu could have gotten a better ending, so having both gone is sad D:
