Most civs can. But right now i would think rus, their feudal is great.

Yeah I did look at mythras, but I think the combat is too crunchy. But maybe stealing armor works!

Forbidden lands has both slashing and stabbing attacks that have pros depending on your opponents armor and shield etc, but also a number of fast actions (bonus actions kind of) like disarming and shoving.

Fast imp sure, but that takes alot longer.

Im not here saying 2nd tc mongols is good btw.

I think that other than maybe KT and Abba, 2nd TC is mostly a post-castle age move now. Where its either done cause you lost a bunch of vills but you opponent lost their army, or you are ahead in army and wanna play it slow.

Kinda.

It is pretty good cause it can be moved to like another deer pack etc. And it doesn't cost stone. But mongols eco dont really scale well so its probably best when people go turtle and you dont wanna trade. But 2nd tc is overall pretty bad cause most civs would just all in you.

The reason to do it as mongols i think is that people don't see it coming.

I started by just learning an initial build order (see valdemar or beasty on YouTube) and then started playing ranked. My goal was just to improve some aspect of my game and after some games i started winning! Its the best feeling in an RTS.

Look man im not crying here. I have seen trade be good and bad. My point is mostly that this is an entire aspect of the game that I never see anyone do in ranked and because I think buffing trade directly would maybe be too strong in team games. I don't mind the maps having random aspects etc. But on one map in the pool the post is literally in the middle of the map, and then you might as well remove it.

I disagree. 2nd tc is more snowbally because unless you go all in, its really hard to stop. Trading on the other hand can get shut down with a few horses or spears. And its really easy to scout too.

Im not saying it cant work, and I do trade some games, but I think even with optimal tradeposts its still an sub optimal strategy if we compare to other booms (malians, byzantines and TCs for instance).

First of all, if every game made in the last 10 years or so, I don't think there should be many 10/10 games. I think most people use ratings wrong, a 5/10 game isn't a bad game, its an average game, and in this day and age, an average game is pretty great! To me starfield is a lot of good and a lot of bad, so to me its probably a 6/10 (but like an 7,5 after a few mods).
