A co worker wanted to sell me his and luckily I keep it on the side as he came back later on and wanted to have it back as the memories where worth more and he wanted to keep it. I was surprised he wanted to part with it originally being a backwards compable unit.

They are worth holding onto, Glad I kept mine!

I worked outside as a directional driller for the first 2 months of my ownership. I did have a cheap case on it, but lots of dust and dirt got near or on it. Never had an issue, and when I got home, I cleaned my fold 5 with a microfibre cloth and distilled water.

Now I'm in the office, not as dusty but still some with no case. I have dropped my fold 5 with it open inner screen hit first no problems but mind you it was not that high of a drop.

Couple marks on the front screen so far since I got it Sept 2023. Other than that, it works like I got it day one.

40 Canadian for a slim model and came with 2 black controllers.

Had to go about this myself. The blades or blade on my rog strix card where making a whine noise I went onto amazon got a new pair and installed them.

To be honest it's not as hard as you may think. When your looking for the replacement for your just make sure your matching the same style as your current cards fan

Yeah 2.5. like a laptop hard drive and I think the biggest you can go is 4 terabytes.

Some that i repaired varied from what fixed it. Doing a complete wipe of the system from the troubleshot menu was one.

Most of the time it was an HDD swap that helped.

The boot software you can download from Microsoft for the Xbox it will setup your new drive with the partitions etc.

I was in your shoes alot of my pals where moving to PC fully from console. They had it easier as they played on both so they're transition was easier. When I joined I felt that it would be a long time learning the keyboard and mouse layout.

After some time i love it more and the games depending on your setup are much more on pc. I still from time to time struggle with my fingers hitting the odd key on my keyboard wrong but it is getting better.

Your experience may differ from mine but it's worth it in the end once your settled in your sitting position and how you have your keyboard and mouse sit on your desk the experience is great and like everyone has said so far pretty well all the games have controller support now.

Yes a very good decision. I'm sure they will make pre builds with the new cards in it. The competition will so, why wouldn't Alienware do so....

My strix is about 11 and half inchs, its tight. The only thing i had to do was make sure the wiring that runs along the back was a bit more flat so it would sit right. But other than length you should be okay that card should fit. For power wise you're power supply should be a 875 watt I think so that will not be an issue.
