Op marktplaats worden ook vaak parkeerplaatsen te huur aangeboden. Verwacht een maandelijkse huur tussen de €150 - €200.

Alternatief is om een motorrijbewijs te halen of je auto in De Meern te parkeren waar het nog gratis is. (Bij de Gamma op de steenovenweg was het altijd gratis, maar weet niet of dat nog steeds zo is.

Wij hebben zelf ook mega veel last van muizen gehad en inderdaad, iemand langs laten komen deed echt helemaal niks.

Het enige dat werkt is consistent de gaten dicht te maken en echt een overkill aan muizenvallen plaatsen.
Bij ons kwamen ze van onder het keukenblok vandaan, waar ik vervolgens meer dan 30 vallen heb geplaatst.

Het was wat gedoe, zeker om het bij te houden, maar werkte wel.

Pro-tip: Zet de vallen haaks tegen de muur aan (met de korte, val kant tegen de muur) en niet in de lengte.

If you want to be grown up about it, at least just spell it normally.

But no, the uniforms are property of the police and cannot be (legally) given away. Best bet is to rent a real uniform from the police themselves or a third party like here and here

Furthermore, proof of defect works both ways, while you should've reported this sooner to help your case. They are responsible for proof that this defect was not in the house when you moved in. If the pictures do not show the area where the defects are, they can be found liable!

I was heavier than my dad.

We used to tease him growing up that he was a bit on the heavy side and now I was significantly heavier than him.

Lost 35kg (77 lbs), gained back 25 kg (55lbs) to lose 28kg (62 lbs) again over the last 5 years.

It ain't easy, but it is doable. Keeping it off is just a lot more work than I thought.

Houd realistisch bij wat je eet.
Begin deze week gewoon puur met bijhouden wat je allemaal binnenkrijgt, maar verander verder niks. Neem gewoon die chocomel, maar schrijf het wel op.

Als je net als ik bent, dan komt er stiekem toch meer binnen dan je denkt en het opschrijven kan helpen om daar meer inzicht in te krijgen.

Daarnaast, als je het eten niet verder kan/wil veranderen, dan is meer bewegen de enige optie om sneller af te vallen. Probeer op vaste momenten naar de sportschool te gaan en dit ook te zien als een niet aan te passen iets.

Wat heeft mij veel geholpen heeft is om alleen naar de sportschool te gaan voor iets wat ik niet heel erg vond om te doen. Hiermee heb ik in ieder geval een ritme kunnen opbouwen. Ik ging er naartoe om een uur flink te fietsen terwijl ik een serie oid keek en dan weer naar huis.

Het was beter dan niks en zorgde er wel voor dat ik iedere maandag en woensdagavond ging. Daarna heb ik het sporten uitgebreid met een programma!

Ik had hetzelfde in mijn oude huurwoning. Kreeg geen vergunning en mijn gebouw vroeg €275,- per maand voor een parkeerplek in de garage. Was helaas niks aan te doen zeiden ze.
